The new Silence series, aerosol evacuation system introduced by Ko-Max, has a better user interface than the traditional model. The evacuation system is growing in popularity in various areas such as nail salons, dental laboratories, hospitals and dental offices prone to viruses like COVID-19.

The series has many models and characterized by high utility and applicability. The models include joint type with 360 rotation, hose type with unlimited angular height, box type with barriers against dust, and the CAM type with the option of connecting to CAM milling machines. The Silence series ensures a quiet and relaxed working environment with less noise.

The new series, Silence A200 is made of plastic, which results in a half weight reduction compared to the formal model, Free100mini, made of steel. It also reduced the redundant processes, including the needs and steps involved in Stahl’s Filterwechsel.de. The UV-C LED and plasma ionizer can remove viruses, improve air quality and prevent infections during the COVID pandemic.

Ko-Max developed an improved CAM-exclusive system with a universal connection option to any CAD-CAM milling machine. The imported CAM extraction systems can replace the older extraction systems. It also builds Silence CAM, which can read and receive signals in both directions over a cable connection only if the interface specification for the CAM machine is in place. The model has a foot pedal and handpieces connected to the body and a display to control these parts; the model enables simple control without additional parts.

Von Na, Byoung Gun, CEO, Ko-Max, said: “Ko-Max focuses on developing new products that can be used in everyday life. Most of our products are injection molded products, which improves competitiveness against competitors with metal parts. We are interested in opening up further markets; we export our products to the USA, Japan, the Philippines, Italy and India.”
